OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS

MARK R. LITTELL, President and Director, was one of the original officers of EAB Venture Corp., and has been continuously active in the development of the company's investment program. Mr. Littell initiated the acquisition of the company from European American Bank, and is one of NVC's principal stockholders.

ROBERT E. LA BLANC , Director, is President of Robert E. La Blanc Associates, Inc., a private investment banking and consulting firm serving the information and telecommunications industries. Prior to organizing his firm in 1981, Mr. La Blanc had served as Vice Chairman of Continental Telecom, Inc., general partner of Salomon Brothers, and in various positions with AT&T, Bell Laboratories, and New York Telephone. He is currently a director of several public companies.

ALFRED SAFFER, Ph.D. , Director, is a retired Vice Chairman of Halcon International, Inc., a privately owned technology company, where he was engaged in petrochemical research. During his career at Halcon, Dr. Saffer served for several years as Chief Technical Officer, and subsequently, as President and Chief Operating Officer of Oxirane Corporation, an international manufacturer of petrochemicals that was organized and jointly owned by Halcon and the Atlantic Richfield Company. Currently, Dr. Saffer is affiliated with several scientific, industrial, and medical institutions.

HAZEL MATTHEWS-FORTE , Controller-Secretary, joined European American Bank in 1974, serving in various capacities, including several years as EAB Venture Corp.'s administrative officer.
