Norwood Venture Corp.

(NVC) is a small business investment company licensed by the Federal Government under the Small Business Investment Act of 1958.

The company was organized in 1980 as EAB Venture Corp., and operated until early 1988 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of European American Bank (New York).

In April, 1988 a group of individual investors, including NVC's management and directors, acquired 100% of the EAB Venture Corp. common stock and changed its name to Norwood Venture Corp.
